Our Saturday Academy offers 3 hours training, rotating through Acting, Singing and Dance. All of our teachers have had professional experience and are inspirational teachers. The students will be nurtured and trained in a fun and professional environment.
Students will work towards performances at the end of each term.

Musical theatre is a combination of singing, acting and dance classes for ages 6-18. It is so important to teach these three disciplines together as in this day and age you are expected to be a triple threat in the musical theatre industry. This is where all the classes come together.
We teach the students a range of dance, vocal and acting techniques and merge them impeccably to create an authentic story for the audience.
Our classes are designed to explore lots of different theatrical forms and techniques. Students are encouraged to explore, create and imagine. In Expressive Arts Academy we focus on Physical Theatre, Voice, Improvisation, Performance and Script work.
Acting lessons are so important as it develops confidence, communication and presentation. We will also have workshops covering things like mime, mask, movement and many more.
Our dance classes focus on laying a solid foundation of techniques so with that strong base, your children can adapt to any other dance style. Mainly focusing with jazz, we focus on posture, alignment, strength and flexibility. Each term we will introduce another style of dance to pair with the jazz, such as: Hip-Hop, Street, Ballroom, Contemporary.
We work towards a performance at the end of each term. You may be a “Fred Astaire” or completely new to dance but we work towards your strengths. Dance benefits children tremendously improving discipline, co-ordination, muscular strength and many more.
